The dedication is intended to be irrevocable and permits commercial reuse
without attribution. CC0 does not affect third-party rights, trademarks,
patents, privacy or publicity rights, or imply endorsement.

EXCLUSIONS
- assets/david-deutsch.jpg is by Simon Benjamin (2015), via Wikimedia Commons,
  licensed CC BY 3.0. Commons crop by Epipelagic. DOEC displays it in an
  arch-cropped, desaturated CSS frame without changing the JPEG bytes.
