“All swans are white.” “I have some notes.”

“ALL SWANS ARE WHITE.” A black swan replies: I HAVE SOME NOTES.

A real black swan contradicts the claim that every swan is white. Observations can be mistaken too, so a counterexample needs to stand up to scrutiny. A useful objection addresses a particular claim.
