Optimism here means that all problems can be solved. It is a claim about possibility, not a prediction that everything will work out. We have to create knowledge, try solutions and correct mistakes. It does not guarantee that our present plan will succeed.

Black lettering and fine rules only. The SVG has a transparent ground; the PDFs leave the paper unpainted. Background graphics are not needed. Turn browser headers off.
